Conditions of Use

Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as your request is not confirmed until your payment is confirmed. Due to large variation of product measurements and weight we will send you the invoice with best mode of shipping according to your order and destination soon after your checkout.

In the event of a product being unavailable, we will contact you for alternative by best possible contact method.

Payment:
We accept payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram and any authorized method of remittance.

As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details.

Despite this attention to security we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details online. If you have such concerns please contact us to arrange payment by alternative methods.

Shipping And Handling:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate best shipping mode and cost according to your order and destination and will revert you with full payable invoice. Customers may choose to have their parcels shipped on express courier.

If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

Please ensure you supply us with a delivery address that is both valid, and where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. We use either Recorded Delivery, or a Courier, depending upon the weight of the items dispatched. We will not be responsible for attempted deliveries due to no one being available. In these cases, items can be returned to us if you do not contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Where such orders are returned to us, we will impose all necessary costs we incur before redelivering your order.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Thanks!

Remittance Terms:
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Goods remain the property of Sports Complex until payment is received in full

Order Completion:
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Returns & Cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Your Privacy:
Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will respectfully treat any details you provide us. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never give your contact information to other organizations unless legally required to do so. Delivery Addresses:
For security reasons, we reserve the right to check all orders requiring alternative delivery destinations. Sports Complex reserve the right to refuse to deliver to an alternative address if we suspect fraudulent use. If we strongly suspect the fraud, the order will be cancelled.

Returns & Cancellation:
You may return unused, unopened, with tags items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. You have to pay shipping, packing and return shipping charges. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week after receiving the item back at our office.

Please note, we cannot accept, under any circumstances, the return of any item that has been embroidered or custom printed. We will only accept a return if the item is faulty.

Where items are deemed unacceptable by us for return, we will contact you in writing to advise of our reasons why this may be so. You will be required to make additional payment for the return of any item rejected by us. Refusal will result in your item being held in our quarantined return area until payment is made, or the item collected. We will hold such items for a maximum of 15 days, where after we will dispose of the items without compensation or refund.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you handle any items you receive with care until you are sure you wish to retain them.

Customers may cancel orders at any time before they are dispatched. Cancellation MUST be in writing. We cannot accept phone cancellations without a written confirmation.
